Jennifer Smith has been helping around Gas-      2020-2021

Larry Wall did. The Post re-opened in Octo-
ber 2019 with Tony Taylor as Commander.          VFW Post 1119 Vanceboro

Gastoniaâ€™s VFW Post has had a past member-       District 4 Commander
ship of up to 1,200 members and today has ap-
proximately 300.                                 2013-2017-2018 - Present

The Postâ€™s goal is to at least double its mem-   Post Commander
bership and welcome new members who have
served in Iraq and Afghanistan.                  2012 - Present

The facility is adapting to the times, with its  National Aide-de-Camp
primary mission being to serve the members
